We are experienced in the employment law aspects of corporate restructuring, including business transfers, mergers and acquisitions.

We advise foreign companies on all employment law issues related to the establishment of their businesses in Greece.

We cooperate with foreign law firms on employment law issues related to cross-border employment. In that context we have specific experience in establishing the requirements, in respect of worker participation, for the formation of European Companies (Societas Europaea, SE).
