We advise on all aspects of public and administrative law. Our clients include public authorities, private companies and private individuals. We have extensive expertise in administrative law litigation, acting before the administrative courts of first and second instance as well as the Supreme Administrative Court (Council of State) of the Hellenic Republic.

Our services include:

  • advice to private sector companies on regulatory issues, including those related to pharmaceutical products, plant protection products, educational law
  • preparation of legal opinions for public authorities, private companies and individuals on matters of administrative law
  • drafting petitions and appeals before the competent public authorities
  • representation of companies and individuals before the public authorities.

Examples of recent cases include:

  • filing of applications for the annulment of Greek government ministerial decisions in the fields of social security funds and pharmaceutical law
  • representing pharmaceutical companies before the Council of State in disputes to contest administrative acts imposed on them by the Hellenic Republic requiring reimbursements to social security funds
  • filing appeals on behalf of private sector companies and individuals before the administrative courts of second instance and the Council of State against fines imposed by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission
  • filing applications for the annulment of Greek government ministerial decisions imposing the (partial) refund of subsidies
  • representing the Hellenic Accounting Supervisory Board before the competent administrative courts
  • consulting the Hellenic Accounting Supervisory Board on various matters within its competence
  • filing applications for suspension and annulment of ministerial decisions on the pricing of pharmaceutical products.
