Michail is actively involved in strategic legal advising of investment firms, public enterprises and financial institutions, covering a wide array of transactional and regulatory matters, ranging from the authorization and other prudential requirements to their corporate governance and AML/CFT policies. Leveraging on his expertise in the Greek and EU Financial Law, he is actively involved in various financial litigation cases, as well as in projects related to the authorization processes of financial institutions and other financial sector entities. He also specializes in the fields of Corporate and Commercial Law.
