Aris is the guiding force of the firm’s real estate and construction practice group.
Aris focuses his practice on real estate transactions including strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, built-to-suit leases, development and construction agreements, and real estate projects for residential, industrial, tourist and commercial purposes. He has strong experience in real estate due diligence and risk mitigation strategies. His practice covers the complete spectrum of advisory services on all aspects of real estate and private business planning. His expertise also covers the spectrum of issues involving the construction process, from drafting and negotiating contracts to providing real-time advice to clients during a project.
He regularly represents and advises international and domestic clients, high-net individuals, banks, major companies, especially commercial, real estate, logistics companies and airlines, as well as non-governmental organisations and foreign foundations, in complex issues and in all aspects of their operation. For many years, he is the trusted key legal advisor of a major high – reputable non-profit welfare institution (NGO) and provides daily consultations on all the major issues.
Aris has in depth litigation experience in corporate, commercial, and civil law matters, notably in business and commercial disputes with a focus on real estate litigation and commercial leasing disputes. Aris has successfully represented his clients in high-stakes property, leasing, commercial and corporate litigation.
