Feli Tsibanoulis

Feli provides legal services to domestic and international corporate clients and regulated entities.
She was a member of firm’s group that has been advising the Supervisory Board of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (HCAP) on corporate law and governance.
She has provided legal support to a credit rating agency on the methodology applied in the context of a securitization transaction and on the assessment of the legal risks associated with it. Feli has also provided legal advice and services on issues relating to central counterparties (CCPs).
Before joining Tsibanoulis & Partners in April 2021, Feli worked at the European Central Bank (ECB) providing legal advice on prudential aspects of banking supervision and participating in the review of supervisory decisions and in the drafting of soft law instruments. During her tenure she analysed policy developments related to sovereign exposures and covered bonds and supported the litigation team representing the ECB before the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union in cases involving banking supervision.
