In particular, Maria is an integral part of the team that provides real estate and civil law legal consulting services to domestic and foreign clients. She has drafted real estate (purchase, donation and leasing) contracts, while she has participated in civil litigation projects. She has also undertaken various succession law projects, including legal proceedings related to probate under Greek law and the management of the respective real estate properties.

Furthermore, Maria has, provided legal counseling services in the context of immigration European law to airline companies and individual clients. She has knowledge of the aviation industry, particularly with regard to specific regulations concerning airlines under Greek and European Union law.
