Vassiliki concentrates her practice on matters involving land and improved property acquisitions and dispositions, single and multi-family residential development, leasing and management of properties, and tax and estate planning.

She has conducted due diligence on several real estate properties within the privatization context of a public company in the energy sector, and other private and public entities.

Vassiliki has advised lenders in real estate acquisition financing. She has provided guidance to foreign clients on requirements for obtaining residence permits in Greece, as part of acquiring real estate property or making a strategic investment and has provided support and assistance with residence permit applications.

She has advised numerous clients on a broad range of issues including donations and acquisitions of real estate properties through legal succession.

An experienced litigator, Vassiliki has represented various clients before the Greek Courts in judicial disputes relating to real estate property issues.
