
Tina has worked at the intersection of business and government helping clients navigate the intricacies of the Greek procurement landscape. She helped businesses engage effectively in public procurement and other types of tendering, drafting and supervising documentation and tackling issues arising in the tendering process as well as government and public authorities in the procurement process and in proceedings involving contract and tender awards.
Tina is also particularly knowledgeable in the negotiation, drafting and execution of private and public contracts, and has considerable experience advising corporations in the IT, aviation, medical, banking and financial services sectors, as well as the food industry, on commercial law (including agency, distribution, franchising, joint ventures, and commercial and leasing agreements).
In addition, Tina is a competent litigator, whose practice is underpinned by her experience of acting in legal challenges before the Greek courts of all instances, while she is also a seasoned Alternative Dispute Resolution Advocate and a legal advisor in cases and matters requiring expertise on conflicts of law.
Tina has recently developed extensive experience in providing ethical and legal guidance within European Union–funded research and innovation projects. She has been actively involved in multidisciplinary initiatives under Horizon Europe, contributing to the responsible development and deployment of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence and data-driven systems.
In this context, she serves as Independent Ethics Advisor in Horizon Europe–funded projects, offering strategic guidance on critical issues such as data protection, algorithmic fairness, avoidance of bias, and compliance with key regulatory frameworks, including the GDPR and the EU AI Act.
She is currently a member of the Ethics Advisory Board of the EUSOME project, a four-year European initiative coordinated by the KIOS Center of Excellence at the University of Cyprus, where she provides independent oversight and expert advice on ethical matters.
She has also extensive experience in providing ethical and legal guidance within European Union–funded research and innovation projects. She has been actively involved in multidisciplinary initiatives under Horizon Europe, contributing to the responsible development and deployment of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence and data-driven systems.
Furthermore she companies on compliance with the GDPR and emerging AI Act regulatory frameworks.
