We advise companies and investment firms on liability and liquidity management transactions, including tender offers and debt offerings, and on issues arising from boardroom procedures to take over bids.
We conduct diligence on companies to ensure that IPOs and other investment offerings to the public comply with the Greek and EU requirements and transparency directives and we assist companies who are still in the planning phase to acquire listing approval on the stock exchange ensuring they have into place the organizational structure that will allow them to undergo Initial Public Offering (IPO) and subsequent offerings.
Our primary clients include international investment banks, venture funds, asset management and securities companies. In the past, we have drafted the MiFID package standard documentation models for the Athens Exchange Members Association and advised on the restructurings of the Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission and the Cyprus Stock Exchange. We have also advised the Albanian Securities Commission in the preparation of the Law on Corporate and Municipal Bonds enacted in 2009.
