The Association of Greek Commercialists hosted the 31st Panhellenic Conference on Commercial Law on November 10, 11, and 12, 2023 at Mystras Grand Palace Resort & Spa, Greece. The conference focused upon the topic "Environment, Society, and Corporate Governance: The Evolution of Corporate Law".

Our Managing Partner, Dr. Dimitris Tsibanoulis, chaired the roundtable under the theme: "Green Investment: Supporting Environmentally Responsible Investments - The Role of Banks and Finance in Climate Change" with the following distinguished panelists:

• Charoula Apalagaki, Professor at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Acting Director of the Hellenic Bank Association.
• Natassa Stamou, Vice Chair of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Chair of the Investment Guarantee Fund
• Evi Matthaiou, Head of Legal Services and Compliance Officer at Alpha Trust
• Athanasios Kouloridas, President of the Union of Listed Companies (ULC), Professor of Corporate Law and Capital Market Law, Athens University of Economics and Business (UAEB)
