Our Law Firm, Tsibanoulis & Partners, was invited to participate at the International Scientific Conference “Perspectives of European Business Law” that was held on the 18th of March 2022 in Bucharest.

The Conference was organised by the Romanian Society of Business Law and the Faculty of Law, Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

Our Managing Partner Dr. Dimitris Tsibanoulis, our Counsel Mr. Konstantinos Antonakis and our Associate Mr. Michalis Plataniotis, presented the topic: “Capital Markets Union and Alternative Finance Providers: Is a European Legal Framework for Loan Originating Funds needed?” during the Business Law working panel.
