The Trademark Law Association (Ένωση Δικαίου Σημάτων) organises a workshop on Greece’s new trademark law, on Thursday, 7 December, at 18:00, in the Michael Zafeiropoulos Hall of the Athens Bar Association.

The workshop will focus upon the topics: "The Absolute Grounds for Trademark Refusal" and “Bad Faith in Trademark Law” with the participation of academics and lawyers. Dr. Marina Perraki, Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property practice group at T&P Law Firm, will moderate the discussion.
