Tsibanoulis & Partners (“T&P”) today announced that Konstantinos Antonakis has joined the firm as a partner in its Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practices. Konstantinos is well versant in T&P practices having had a three year of counsel relationship with our firm. 

With more than two decades of experience, Konstantinos advises clients on domestic and cross-border private equity transactions and corporate counseling matters, including corporate governance and regulatory issues.

Commenting on his new role, Konstantinos said, “I am thrilled to join T&P’s highly regarded team, and I’m looking forward to leveraging my expertise to expand further the firm’s growth, while collaborating with my partners to provide the highest level of service to our clients.”

Konstantinos holds a law degree from the Athens University and a banking and finance degree from the Université Paris II – Sorbonne, D.E.S.S.

He joins T&P as part of the firm’s continued expansion across all of its practice groups.
