Tsibanoulis & Partners Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated Associate to support its Intellectual Property practice.

We’re currently seeking an experienced IP lawyer who shares the same client-focused approach to join our IP team. As an associate in the intellectual property practice area, you will provide legal counsel for established companies in diverse commercial industries. Main responsibilities
- Advise, advocate for and represent clients in court and before IPOs
- Handle cases independently including client management
- Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, actions and deadlines
- Drafting of agreements, letters, complaints and applications
- Manage and prosecute IP portfolios
Required skills and qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in trademark law
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in litigation
- Ability to work in English
